No cold calling! We call and meet with people that requested for us to contact them. Work hours are flexible.

No experience necessary!!!

Let me be completely honest. I love what I do. It has given my family and me financial opportunities that were not achievable with my corporate oilfield job of 12 years.

However, it was not easy either. Please do not be fooled into thinking once you become a Life Insurance Broker, you will instantly become wealthy. It does not work that way. I assure you, in given time, a strong work ethic and a 'never give up' attitude, will be the 'not so secret' path for success.

You genuinely have to care about people. This position requires meeting with people from all different walks of life. You must be likable, sincere, understanding, and have the innate ability just to listen. You have to honestly care about your clients. They have to know and feel they can trust you.

We are not 'Sales People'. We are protecting the family's legacy. We are making sure a family can pay off their mortgage, their children are able to go to college, their funeral expenses are covered, the spouse and kids have the funds to continue living without a financial disruption due to an untimely death. We are protecting their retirement funds so they can retire worry free. We are more than a sales broker. We become family.

We like to say that anyone can do this, but we know it's not for everyone. I tell people all the time that it's the easiest job and the hardest job that I've ever had. Some days you will love what you are doing and some days you will cry and second guess yourself. It can be scary. Most people aren't use working for themselves and being their own boss. They have to be told what to do.

Being your own boss can be liberating but you can fall flat on your face quickly. People don't realize how much harder your have to work when you own your business. This is where people get into trouble. They lack discipline and don't keep a fortified work schedule. Just like a 'job', you will need a schedule. The beauty about our business is that you can set your schedule however you want but it must be consistent every week.

Another alarming fact about becoming an Life Insurance Broker is that most people dont make it to their first year. In my experience, 2 out of 10 will quit within the first two months. By the third and fourth month, 2 more may be gone. In the sixth month, we are probably down to 3 or 4 still moving along. At the end of the year, we may have 1 or 2 still pushing away.

There's many factors as to the Life Insurance attrition.
1). Discipline - working a consistent schedule every week.
2). Poor upline - their manager misled them. Doesn't train them properly or help them become successful. Hires too many at one time and can't offer proper guidance.
3). Buying enough leads. Yes, you will need to purchase leads. These are the forms that people fill out requesting us to call them.
4). Scared to call the leads miltiple times. You have to realize they filled out a form requesting us to call
5). Only want to work certain days or hours
6). Doesn't ask for help
7). Not coachable. Remember, we are a team. Your success is our success.
8). Discipline
9). Buying enough leads
10). Calling enough times

I hope I did not scare you away. I just wanted to be transparent. I love what I do but it's not easy, yet, it is. You will have bad days and you will have good days. Not every we meet will say yes. On average, starting out, 1 out of 4/5 will say, yes. After a month or 50 appointments, you will be much better will close more appointments. Once you hit 100 appointments, everything slows down and you'll know what your client is going to say before they say it.

I know it is crazy to to think about wanting to get into something that most people dont make it. It is tough. It's going to take discipline and the willpower to not want to give up. You have to understand most people will say no, especially in your first few months. You have to trust our system. You have to purchase leads. It's a business. It's your business.
It only takes a couple of people to say yes each week to change your financial situation for the better.
We just need to know if you believe in yourself. Stop working for someone else making them rich. Here's an opportunity to work for yourself and change your financial outlook with hard work and discipline. You just have to believe in yourself.

Are you living on a Fixed Income?

If you were laid-off or let go from your employer due to this Covid19 pandemic or the fallen oil prices, you know now your worth to that company. Some of my friends had been working with the same company for more 20 years. But, in the end, we all are just a number when working for someone else. No matter how many degrees we have or years of experience, you will always be expendable when it comes to their bottom line. It sucks but it's nasty part of the business. I know because I was there.

I realized working for someone else whether it's a small company or a large company, you are fulfilling their dreams. It's a safety net to have an employer that pays you a wage and offers you benefits. Imagine how much money that employer is actually making off of you for doing your job and giving you some benefits. I promise they were making more money off of you than they were paying you. But, like most people, having a job is safe. It's what we are suppose to do.

I know many of my friends that were just laid off are really smart and hard working people. However, now you see where that got you. Many of you are scrambling to find your next employer - your next boss. You are trying to find someone hire you to make more money off of you than they will pay you. Even if you find another "boss", you are still going to be a number. Just a cog in the wheel.

I say all of this because I know how talented you all are. You should be that boss - that employer. Why not take a chance on yourself? Start your own business. Be an entrepreneur. Who else will work harder than you? You know your worth. Don't put that back in someone else's hands. For the first time in your life - be in control

Working for yourself - being an entrepreneur, it is rewarding. It's liberating knowing no else controls my fate. Yet, it is scary - very scary. Probably the hardest I've ever work - Most stressful for sure. I've missed a lot of events with my family but I made on ton of events, as well. But, the amount of work I put in my business, I get all of that rewarded back to me - not that partial wage a boss will pay you.

Nothing feels better than controlling your schedule. We all dreaded going back to work on Mondays. Now my Mondays are what I want them to be. No more watching the clock on Friday's bolting out of the office starting the weekend. It feels great when my family ask if we can do this or that tomorrow and I have the ability to rearrange my schedule for them.

Take a chance on yourself. It's worth it. You and your family are worth it. Don't put your fate in someone else's hands. Don't become another number. How many more layoffs can your family endure?

Use your talents - find something your passionate about and make that your business. You be your own boss. You are not a number!!!

Which makes more sense?

➳ Paying taxes to use your retirement funds?
➳ Having a tax-free retirement account?

Why do you want to pay the government to use your hard earned retirement life savings?

If your retirement savings are setup with a 401K, employer pension plan, IRA's, or mutual funds, you will have to pay taxes on your withdrawals. This could be anywhere from 20% - 30%, or higher.

For example, your retirement account may have $300,000 but after taxes you may be left with $210,000. Many of you worked 20-25 years to save this amount and now you have to pay taxes to use your money that you worked very hard for. Does not seem right!

Let me share this little secret with you. I have plans that are NOT taxed. You DO NOT pay any type of taxes on the withdrawals. NOT one tax payment!

So, if you have $300,000 - you have $300,000. You do not pay the government for any withdrawals!

With my plans, many of you can easily have $500,000 - $1,000,000 in your 60's or at retirement age. Yes, tax free!

Let's set up a legitimate retirement plan that gives you all of your savings back to you.
