Oostburg Financial Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Oostburg Bancorp, Inc., has acquired Flipse Insurance Agency, a well-established provider of insurance services in the community.
As one of Oostburg Bancorp, Inc.’s subsidiaries, Oostburg State Bank, will now be able to offer more financial solutions to its customers through its affiliate.
