Over the past few weeks, I completed my MBA Practicum project focused on improving operational performance within my business, Vega Brokers.
The project centered on analyzing our client onboarding process, where I identified key challenges such as delays, miscommunication, and lack of a structured tracking system.
Using a combination of interviews and survey data, I developed a performance improvement plan that included:
• Standardizing the onboarding workflow
• Improving communication systems
• Implementing a tracking system for client progress
• Adding quality control checkpoints
What made this project valuable was not just the analysis, but the implementation strategy. I created a phased rollout plan that allows these improvements to be applied in a real business setting.
This experience reinforced the importance of aligning data, process design, and ex*****on to drive meaningful results.
As I complete my MBA at Azusa Pacific University, I continue to focus on building systems that create long-term value, improve efficiency, and enhance client experience.
