We are all part of the team.

But after 35 Years of serving Corporations in Canada,

The team ends at the Income Statement profits, The doors are shut and the checks are written to the Shareholders only!

A time for a revisitation to the Articles of Incorporation and the utilization of directors which should include: Employees, internal Corporate accountants, and stakeholders for profit analyst and distribution to all,
"TEAM MEMBERS"

Without this we could say we are running Communist Corporations.

Communism & Our CDN Corporations.

The Government provides Canada with free enterprise,
BUT...
Are our Corporations in Canada running in a communist manner by not allowing distribution of profits, these Corps. should be governed by Shareholders and appointed directors (Which would include Company Accountants, employees, shareholders) The Articles of Incorporation an area to be reviewed.

As it stands now 90% of Corporations distribute profits to themselves and close the door to profit sharing by employees.

Defined Communism.

Corporation Team work should include the listing of, Directors on the Articles of Incorporation for the analysis of surplus profit distribution. Not just to include shareholders. If in fact it is Corporate Team work.

This would allow for month-end profit analyst for proper distribution to all stake holders of the Corporation.

Proper planning of profit distribution.

As it is today the Shareholders are taking all profits and leaving employees behind with a small or no bonus with there annual salary.
