A GREAT NIGHT IN MAPLETON! 🌾

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for the 108th Annual Meeting of the Monona County Farm Bureau!

It was a wonderful evening of fellowship, conversation, and celebrating the people who make agriculture and our rural communities strong.

We were honored to welcome Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Mike Naig as our guest speaker as he officially completed his visits to all 99 Iowa counties. We appreciate him taking the time to visit with our members and share his perspective on Iowa agriculture.

A special thank you to our Board of Directors, volunteers, members, guests, and everyone who helped make the evening a success.

Congratulations to Michaiah Jones of Coralville, the grand champion of Iowa Farm Bureau’s 62nd annual Cookout Contest at the Iowa State Fair! Michaiah prepared citrus smoked turkey breast for our judges.

Thank you to all of the 39 contestants who shared bold flavors and high quality Iowa-raised meat with fairgoers today!
