Her career in lending began right out of high school at a local credit union, where she worked in consumer lending, specializing in credit cards, auto loans, personal loans, and second mortgages, while also gaining exposure to first mortgages. Over the past 20 years, Susan has bought and sold multiple homes, giving me firsthand insight into the excitement, stress, and important decisions involved in real estate transactions.

For the past nine years, Susan has also been a short- and mid-term rental host in the Fargo-Moorhead area, deepening her experience in real estate, investment strategy, and client service.
