We hope everyone is safe following this morning’s intense storm. We've seen significant tree damage in the area due to high winds. If your home, detached structures, or fencing has been affected, please reach out to our office before filing a claim. We can help confirm your deductible and provide additional information.

If you have tree damage to your home, please remember to take photos before removing the tree. Also, do your best to protect your home from any further damage. Note that if your tree damage did not impact any structures, that unfortunately is not covered by policy.

As storms move through the area tonight and this weekend, we hope you and your loved ones stay safe. Our hearts go out to all those affected by today’s storms.

If you have suffered storm damage, please call the office at 402.393.0300 and leave a message or send an email to us at [email protected].

Unless you have significant damage and you know the damage will exceed your homeowners deductible, we advise you get an estimate or consultation from a local, reputable contractor prior to filing a claim. This helps ensure that there is enough damage to warrant filing the claim and to limit unnecessary claims being filed on your policy.

Please be aware that with any major weather event many contractors will randomly stop by, unsolicited, asking to look at your roof/damage. We encourage you to be vigilant and do your research.
