So Starbucks claim negotiator Sedgwick is saying the floor was not wet. How could you possibly tell from a video?!! Of course insurance tries to screw you smh. I will never do business with either company. They just screw u over. Why would a supposedly wet floor sign be plsced towards a wall and not open area where the floor was wet? They were definitely negligent.

Starbucks Omaha, Nebraska…..floor was soaking wet after mopping….slipped and fell when walked in, employees just looked at me, customers were the only ones that asked if i was ok….called the store employee asks why im calling 😂😂😂 great customer service!!
