Do you know what it actually costs your business to gain a new customer? 👀
Your Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) includes everything you spend to attract and convert customers: advertising, flyers, referral fees, promotions, commissions, and marketing services.
For example, if you spend $1,000 on marketing and gain 5 new customers, your CAC is $200 per customer.
That cost should be included when calculating your real profit. A $1,000 sale doesn’t mean you made $1,000. You still have to subtract materials, labor, operating expenses, and the cost of acquiring that customer.
This is where accurate bookkeeping makes a difference. I can help you organize and track your numbers so you know which marketing efforts are paying off, whether your pricing is profitable, and what your business is actually earning.
Don’t just track sales understand your profit. 📊
