AT&T is moving fast on their new space and that matters more than most people realize.

They leased only part of a larger unit, which meant relocating doors and reconfiguring the layout. The fact that construction started quickly tells us two important things. First, the tenant is fully committed and operationally focused. Second, faster build out means faster rent and less downtime.

For investors, speed equals reduced vacancy risk, predictable cash flow, and stronger ex*****on from a national tenant. This is exactly what you want to see once a lease is signed.

AT&T is officially starting renovations on their new space.

They are taking one large space and dividing it into two smaller spaces, which is a big win for investors. Smaller units mean more flexibility, stronger demand from future tenants, and higher overall leasing potential. It also reduces vacancy risk and increases long term value of the asset.
