There’s a theme that’s followed me my entire adult life — teams.
I’ve always thrived being part of one, leading one, and being surrounded by strong, purpose-driven peers.

But when I transitioned into my own agency in 2020, everything changed.
Suddenly, the noise quieted.
It was me, myself, and I — training on Zoom for months, building something from the ground up.
And honestly? It was lonely.
The kind of lonely that makes you question if you’re still on the right path.

But that quiet season became my forge.
It built my resilience, sharpened my focus, and taught me that leadership often begins in solitude.

And then — the tide turned.
Today, I’m blessed with both:
✨ A strong, loyal team inside my office
✨ A tribe of peers who inspire, challenge, and uplift me

No one climbs alone.
Behind every success story is a circle of people who believe in you when you’re still figuring it out yourself.

I’m endlessly grateful for mine — every single day.
