We’re excited to officially introduce Jose Borboya to the Protectors Insurance team! 🎉

Jose has been with our agency for the past year, where he has consistently delivered excellent customer service and support to our clients. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help others have made a big impact on our team and the families we serve.

We’re also proud to share that Jose is now officially licensed in both Nebraska and Iowa, allowing him to help even more individuals and businesses with their insurance needs.

When he’s not at the office, Jose enjoys spending time with friends, going to the gym, and making memories with his family and his dog, Nala 🐾

1. Customer Success Manager

💰 Salary: $30,000 – $45,000 (based on experience)
🎯 Additional: Performance bonuses available

Requirements:
✔️ Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
✔️ Basic knowledge of email, CRMs, and computer systems

Support our clients day-to-day, service policies, and help our team deliver an exceptional experience to our clients. 🙏🏽

💰 Income Target: $45,000 – $60,000+ (based on production)

🚨 NOT 100% commission — we provide a base salary because we believe in supporting you while you grow‼️

🔥 Ready to grow within a strong team environment

What We Provide:
✔️ P&C License support (courses + 2 exam attempts covered)
