Before joining us, Kelly spent 10 years at PayPal, developing deep knowledge of payment systems, risk management, and customer support, while also mentoring and training new hires. For over five years, Kelly worked with both State Farm and Allstate as an office manager and licensed sales representative, where they trained teams, managed daily operations, and helped clients find the right insurance solutions.
