From the first phone conversation until the congratulatory phone call, Ms. Jill demonstrated the upmost compassion, patience, and professionalism, I've ever witnessed from an individual. In my 29 years of public service, I've never witnessed such work ethic, not a single phone went unanswered, not one text messages went without a prompt response, I unknowingly called Ms. Jill while she was attending a wedding, even though it was a Saturday, during a wedding, Ms. Jill responded immediately and addressed my concern.
In my humble opinion Ms. Jill, demonstrated the passion and commitment we often believe is nonexistent in the world today! Thank you, Ms. Jill, for treating us like family and handling everything with patience and grace. I have and will continue to tell everyone I know about our amazing experience with Ms. Jill and Lower Mortgage. I can whole heartedly say, I would absolutely recommend my experience of assuarance, integrity, and compassion to every single person I know.
