Personal Auto Premium Credit
We will be giving a 15% premium credit to every personal auto client we serve. The credit will automatically be applied to every policy in force at the end of April and again at the end of May. Clients who have already paid their full premium will receive their 15% by check. Clients do not need to take any action to receive this credit.

Other additional coverage at no charge
During this pandemic, some employers have asked their workers to use their personal vehicles to make deliveries of food, medicine and other work-related items—things not typically covered under personal auto policies. We are extending coverage to our personal auto policyholders to include that. We also know that supply chain delays often mean longer repair wait times after an auto or home claim, and we’ll work with policyholders on a case-by-case basis to help them through that, too. We’re making accommodations to help our business policyholders as well, including case-by-case assessments of unoccupancy clauses and a change in guidelines to permit hired/non-owned auto coverage to be added to Businessowners or Commercial Auto policies to cover exposure for delivery operations related to food service operations.
