Today, our team had the honor of making a donation to the Memory Care Unit at Eden Heights. This is a place filled with compassion, patience, and incredible caregivers who work every day to support residents and families navigating memory-related challenges.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and support the meaningful work being done there. Community isn’t just where we do business—it’s who we are, and moments like this remind us why we love what we do. 💙

The gift bags were filled with a mixture of fleece blankets, snow hats to keep warm, socks, word search puzzles, a few neck pillows, chocolates, an inspirational picture for their room along with a motivational card, and either a baby doll, or a cat/dog from Perfect Petz to have as a companion!

We have a new training class starting up November 3rd! If anyone is looking for a change now is the time! We are a third-party collection agency located in the village of Allegany, NY. Job requires customer service skills and being able to sit at a desk for your shift.

We offer a great schedule Monday-Thursday 8:30-5pm EST and Fridays 8-3pm EST. Benefits include bonus pay on top of hourly rate once you are collecting, paid holidays, birthday off paid, 401k with match, contests and being part of a kick butt team!
