Well the 1st and 3rd have come and gone for our office. These are the busiest days of the month for us. I have to say that we appreciate everyone reading our note on the door and helping us to keep only two customers at a time. I know this can be kind of a pain. But with the size of our office, if only two customers come in at a time then there will be 6 feet from each other. We appreciate your patience and your willingness to do your part, while we try to do our part in helping to protect everyone the best we can in our office.

In an effort to reduce risk and protect your family and ours, we are asking that if you are able to make a payment by check or card that you call the office phone at 918-756-5217 or text us at 918-758-9227 for us to process those payments.

If you want to pay by money order, please make it out to Cross Insurance and simply drop it in the mail slot. If you need to know the amount for your payment, please call or text us at the above numbers so we can get you taken care of.

If cash is your only option, we are asking you to make sure there is no more than 2 people in the office at a time before coming in. This will reduce your wait time and exposure to any unknown germs. We want everyone to be as healthy and safe as possible during this time. This will help us maintain the orders put out by federal and state governments so that we are able to remain open to take care of your needs. We appreciate your cooperation and patience at a time of such uncertainty. If there is anything we can do to make this process smoother, please let us know. Thank you so much.
