As a reminder, they both have a safety feature that watches for suspicious activity or anything out of the ordinary. Traveling outside your home area can be mistakenly identified as suspicious activity and your card may be frozen. Help us welcome Ashley, one of our newest Member Service Specialists! 🎉 She has been with the credit union for four months, bringing some fantastic prior credit union experience with her. Ashley loves building relationships with members and making their day just a little bit easier—whether that means solving a problem or finding the right service for their needs.

Meet Christian, the newest Member Service Specialist at Oklahoma Federal Credit Union! 🎉 She has already wrapped up her initial training and is doing an amazing job helping members with transactions and navigating their banking needs.
Christian’s favorite moment so far? Helping a member who was frustrated about being locked out of their online account. She walked them into an office, looped in an officer, and got everything sorted out right before the weekend. The member left with a huge smile! For Christian, our mission is all about going above and beyond. When she isn't at the credit union, she loves spending weekends with family, friends, and her horses. 🐴
