BABY WIPES & "FLUSHABLE" WIPES ARE NOT FLUSHABLE.
Good afternoon Hefner Village IV HOA,
Unfortunately we are needing to send a reminder again that wipes are NOT flushable. We know the package says they are but it is FALSE and a LIE. The only thing to go down the drain is toilet paper. Do not put wipes, paper towels, feminine products, q-tips, cotton balls, etc. in the drains. The buildings are 45+ years old and any imperfection in the line will catch them and cause a back up that floods the closest units in sewage.
-
The HOA is currently addressing a line that has thousands of wipes backed up in it. Current bill exceeds $3000 and will keep going up as they work. This is your dues being used to unclog a drain rather than fix your homes.
Please, please please, stop using them.
Thank you,
Luxe Sales and Management
