What an amazing week of professional growth, new ideas, and excitement.

One of the biggest highlights from the National Agency Convention in Vegas was reconnecting with the intern group I came up with. It’s pretty amazing seeing how far everyone has come in the last year. Different journeys, different markets, but all driven by the same mindset to grow, improve, and make an impact🤝

Really grateful for the conversations, the ideas shared, and the friendships that continue to push me both professionally and personally. This support system and network is something special, and I’m thankful to be part of it.

Heading home motivated, recharged, and excited to keep building, improving our agency, and taking care of our customers and team. Big things ahead. 🚀
