Helping a client today and was on hold for 43 minutes to get the status on a claim that happened back in November .
The carrier had never called them or even ordered a police report to get information on the claim .
If you are my client please don’t ever wait on hold this long . Please call me as this is so unacceptable .
I mentioned my wait time and was just told
They had high call volume .
