I did it! I reached my 1 year goal in 6 months today. I have held 10 units since I started buying properties in January. This closing is extra special because it’s my first multi-family property. The first thing I’ll be doing is renovating it and getting rents increased to raise my cash flow one unit at a time.

I had the opportunity to attend ChappelWood Financial Services Kentucky Derby themed fundraiser event today to support Allied Arts of OKC. I met some awesome people in the industry including the Oklahoma County Assesor, Larry Stein! It’s a bittersweet feeling listing my first home for sale this week. So many great memories and hard work went into this house over the last 4 years. I learned everything I needed to know to become a realestate investor in this home and I’m so excited to see what this next chapter in my investing career brings.
