Home buying can be an exciting time for many people and yet an overwhelming process. My experience with Heather Bomar and her team was incredible. From the moment we met, Heather made it clear that my needs and interests were a priority. It has been an empowering journey for me. I had options during this process. I wasn't confined to a company set of rules. I set the goal of timelines and Heather and her "storm" team hit the ground running to get me to the finish line. Who needs Doppler when I had the BomarTeam :) If there was a hint of a delay... I was forewarned by the team along with what plan of action was being executed to resolve. Never once was I asked to resend, search for additional information etc. It was done correctly from the beginning and I knew exactly who was taking care of what. The Bomar Team recognizes in addition to home buying we have work, families and lives to maintain. Heather continued to inspire me along the way with thoughtful gestures and encouraging emails . The Bomar Team is a Top Notch company and screams “professionalism” when working with us! This is our second mortgage experience with The Bomar Team and they never disappoint! Our first experience was at a time when our original mortgage company kept dragging their feet…to the point we were not sure we would even qualify in time. We contacted our Real Estate agent and expressed our concerns…she immediately put us in touch with Heather Bomar and her team flew into action and we were qualified and ready to close in half the time we spend with the other mortgage company. Naturally, when it came time for our second mortgage…we did not waste time with anyone else. We contacted Heather direct and she met with us that day and her team went into action and were complete and ready to close, well ahead of the closing company.
