Starting this off with, I’m not quiet with how I feel about roofers. Finding an honest one or even a “good” one is hard to come by. I see many people being taken advantage of here in Oklahoma and there’s large chunks of money being played with. Who you pick is important and it has been years since I have worked with a good one. I will say the amount of conversations I’ve had with has proven to me he knows his stuff, well. We are even able to have insurance talks and he keeps up. These cards are sitting on our conference table where we were having a leak. I messaged James Friday morning saying our landlords couldn’t get a hold of their roofer and what we had going on. He was out here by afternoon with another guy fixing our issues enough to make it through this next batch of rain without getting our stuff ruined. I fully expected today to walk in to water and … nothing. So just in case anyone out there is interviewing for a roofer… I know people in my neighborhood he has done as well as commercial TPOs for you growers. If I needed mine done he is who I would call. And if he ever ignores you which I doubt he would … he knows how strong I am and I know where he’s at every morning. 😊
