Want to make everyone aware of recent announcements from HUD and USDA, in which the ability to originate an FHA or RD loan to non-permanent resident aliens will be eliminated.

The USDA’s policy change is already in effect, and FHA’s change will apply to case numbers assigned on or after May 25, 2025.
