These stays have been very successful, and we've even kept in touch with several guests after their work contracts ended something I take great pride in. Our properties are well cared for, and we have a team of reliable contractors and a dedicated handyman to handle maintenance needs. While we do not offer 24-hour repair service, we address all issues promptly during regular business hours. Emergency repairs will be handled as quickly as possible based on contractor availability. I'm not perfect, but I care deeply about the people who live in our properties. I believe that effort shows in the longevity and loyalty of many of our long-term tenants.
