We are excited to announce our partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. St. Jude has a mission like no other-to discover how to save the lives of children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases. St. Jude freely shares their discoveries to help doctors and scientists at local hospitals, clinics and cancer centers around the world treat childhood cancer. So when we support St. Jude, we are helping improve the quality of care for children everywhere.
The Weston Team makes a donation for every home loan closed at our Branch and our Corporate Office matches each donation. HomeTown Lenders has set a goal to raise $1,000,000 this year. Since April we have already met 18% of that goal!

FED Slashes Rates To Zero; Will Buy 700 Billion in Treasury & Mortgage-Backed Securities today, Sunday, March 15, 2020.

This is a part of QE; rates should remain low for the long-term in an effort to fight off the effects of COVID-19.

The FED is set to hold a live conference at 6:00 PM EST.

Through the InterLinc Family Foundation, we continue to make an impact in the lives of the children where we live and work.

At our recent rally, our carried out this commitment to Dean Middle School, Kirk, and Bane Elementary Schools who were affected by the massive industrial explosion in northwest Houston that happened this past month. This explosion caused significant damage to these schools and surrounding areas.

In response, our came together to stuff 200 backpacks with school supplies. One of the best parts was the handwritten letters we placed in each backpack just to show the children and parents that we were thinking of them.

Gaby Pozas of the Cypress Fairbanks ISD Community Engagement Department was there to collect our donation for the children of the Cy-Fair School District.

Words cannot express how grateful we are to have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the Houston community.

✅ Two-unit: $424,800
✅ Three-unit: $513,450
✅ Four-unit: $638,100

High-Cost Area
The FHA national high-cost area mortgage limits, which are set at 150 percent of the national conforming limit of $510,400 for a one-unit property, are, by property unit number, as follows:

✅ One-unit: $765,600
✅ Two-unit: $980,325
✅ Three-unit: $1,184,925
✅ Four-unit: $1,472,550

Forward mortgage limits for the calendar year 2020 are effective for case numbers assigned on or after January 1, 2020.
