🚨 WE’RE HIRING — REMOTE ESCROW PROCESSOR! 🚨

Trustmark Title is looking for an experienced Escrow Processor to join our Eufaula office — and this position can be 100% REMOTE!

We need someone who knows what they’re doing and can hit the ground running. If you have solid title/escrow experience, are dependable, organized, and can keep files moving without constant oversight, we’d love to talk to you!

What we need you to handle:

• Process and review title commitments
• Work through and clear title requirements
• Prepare closing documents and affidavits
• Coordinate with closers, lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers
• Manage files and keep everything moving toward closing
• Stay organized, responsive, and on top of deadlines

Settlement statements, CDs, and deeds are handled by the closer and will NOT be part of this position.

⭐ Prior title/escrow experience is required. This is not an entry-level position.

🏡 100% remote opportunity — while you’ll be part of our Eufaula team, we care less about where your desk is and more about whether you can get the job done!
