This is an interesting article. I highly encourage the goal - debt free by 45, including your mortgage. If you aren't sure if or how you can do this, let me help you figure it out. Maybe refinancing to a shorter term loan is in order. If not, I can at least tell you the amount of principal reduction you should be striving for each year to hit this target.
