Rates are still on the rise and people still need insurance. Call me today and let’s review your policies. I may not be able to beat your rate but am always available to help guide you throughout the renewal process making sure you’re properly covered! Maintaining your home is important when changing insurance companies. Inspections are a given! So keep your home debris and clutter free and cut back those trees and bushes at least 4 feet from your roof, facia and sofit!

To say the least of my 24 years in the insurance business, this is the most stressful time I’ve ever seen. With rate increases, deductible increases, underwriting guidelines changing and having to re-shop, your entire book of business is stressful to say the least. With that said, I just beg each and every one of you, when your agent emails, text or calls you, please talk to them! Everyone’s
financial situation is different. Some people worry about the premium increasing and increasing their home mortgage payment, while others are able to afford more of a risk and raise deductibles. I urge each and everyone of you to look at your policy declaration pages for your coverages and deductibles. If your agent can’t take 15- 30 minutes to go over line by line, your coverages find a new agent that’s what we get paid to do is educate and service our customers and do what’s best for them.

Settling in after holidays, preparing for 2024. Forecast for insurance isn’t much better than last year.
