Many of you can access your W-2's right now in your online employer portals.

Tax refunds starting in February could be much larger for you due to the tax legislation passed in the The One, Big, Beautiful Bill Act passed in July.
This includes large deductions for 'tax on tips' and 'tax on overtime'.
