It's been 7 months....and winter is looming. Mental health issues related to our lockdown and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression and other mental health disorders. NAMI, The National Alliance on Mental Health has a 24-hour helpline: 800-950-6264. The relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020.
