Question for my local realtor friends! I received a 4-star review recently from a listing agent (5 stars is always the goal). I've copied his full review in below. What level of communication does a listing side realtor desire from the lender who is representing the buyer side? I'm always happy to improve in any way that I can. Thoughts?

"There really wasn't much communication between myself and the loan officer. He did an awesome job and we did close way before the contract date and everything went real smooth. I think that if there was some communication over the phone like introducing himself or just an update through email would have been nice but that's the only thing that keeps him from getting all five stars in every category."
