Letâs clear something up about credit repair.
What I do is 100% legal and based on consumer protection laws like the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Take collection accounts, for example.
When a debt gets passed to a collection agency, most people assume itâs being reported correctly. But thatâs not always the case. Collection agencies are legally required to have full documentation including the original creditorâs info, how the account was acquired, balance history, and more.
If that documentation is missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent across the credit bureaus, you have a legal right to dispute it.
This isnât about âgetting out of debtâ or using loopholes itâs about holding companies accountable to the law. Credit repair is about making sure whatâs on your credit report is accurate, verifiable, and fair, just like the law says it should be.
