My 4th consecutive Northwestern Mutual Annual Meeting is in the books and it did not disappoint!! Always grateful and impressed at the breadth of development, resources, and community I have access to. Excited to bring back more education to my clients on asset allocation, tax strategy and retirement distribution. Besides the training, here are som of my highlights.

• Connecting with my friends and colleagues from around the country
• Listening to Keynote from Mel Robbins in the Fiserv Forum
• Seeing Carrie Underwood perform 40 feet away at the Christian Fellowship Luncheon
• The end of conference concert with Teddy Swims and Carrie Underwood was electric
• Most importantly my amazing wife Donna joined the whole thing this year

Who is Cam? 🧐
Cam is the third of seven children, born and raised in the beautiful state of Utah. He is a huge Star Wars nerd and has a passion for all things hockey and soccer. A proud alum of Weber State University, Cam has excelled in their Pro Sales program and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. He brings first-hand planning experience, having been "the guy in the chair" for many advisors and their clients. His efforts behind the scenes have been paramount in planning outcomes for families and businesses locally and throughout the country.

With a strong background in sales and a keen eye for business efficiencies, Cam is dedicated to the onboarding of our new clients and his expertise will be instrumental in helping me open my book of business to new clients and continue delivering exceptional service to our existing clients.

I'm excited to have Cam on board and look forward to the incredible contributions he'll make to our team. Cheers to new beginnings and a prosperous 2025!

As we approach the final weeks of 2024, it's a great time to reflect on the past year and set goals for the next. For many of us, finances play a big role in that process. To help with your year-end reflections, my team and I put together a quick financial audit:

Did I meet my savings goals?
What financial goals did I set? Did I achieve them? Why or why not?
Did I spend on things that truly matter to me?
Did I improve my financial knowledge?
Do I feel more or less financially secure than at the start of the year?
Do I have a clear plan for next year's goals?
What were my biggest financial wins?
And here's a thought-provoking question: Would working with a financial advisor have helped me in one or more areas?

Take some time to think about these questions as we wrap up the year. Reflecting on your financial journey can set the stage for a stronger, more successful 2025.

September was such a busy month for us personally and professionally. I think the most important social content I need to catch up on was the fact that Donna and I are proud to be a part of organizations that believe in giving back.

We had such a fun time at Northwestern Mutual Utah's Lemon Bash 2024, raising money towards childhood cancer research that is actually making a difference! You can't beat the venue either at the Ken Garff University Club and Utes Football field!

Secondly, a shoutout to AvantGuard for putting on a 5K charity run for a cause, benefiting an amazing family that has taken on a ton of medical expenses for their little girl.

We're blessed to live in such a great community with great business advocates!
