Job Description: Customer Service/Sales Representative
This is a Full Time position but would consider 2 part time employees in a job share. Flexible Hours: Between 15-37.50 hours per week, M - F, 9 – 5:00. We're seeking a friendly, service-minded, multi-tasker capable of professionally servicing existing and new policyholders with their insurance inquiries, looking to join our experienced, friendly and professional team in our fun yet busy insurance office.
Responsibilities:
Service/Sales Representative must be capable of:
*Exceeding policyholder expectations. We seek to provide service worthy of 5 star reviews.
*Have Excellent Communication Skills
*Multitasking
*Problem Solver
*Be Computer Competent
*Assisting with both in bound and out bound phone calls
*Processing policy and coverage changes
*Initiate claims process in a friendly professional manner
*Quote and follow up on both existing and new business
*Recognize Pivot Opportunities to cross sell clients
*Place Outbound Calls, emails and Texts to Internet Leads
*Process premium payments
*Other general office tasks as assigned by the Agent
Qualifications:
We do not require previous insurance experience; however, the State of Utah does require that you be licensed with the State Insurance Department to service and sell insurance in Utah. We will assist you in successfully attaining your state license.
