We are incredibly grateful to Real Senior Management for the opportunity to attend the 2026 advisor awards and beachside banquet in Cancun! While the beautiful beaches, sunshine, and relaxation were certainly appreciated, this trip was about much more than a vacation!

It was an opportunity to build relationships, learn from some of the best agents in the industry, and bring new ideas back to better serve our current and future clients. We spent time connecting with advisors from across the country, sharing successes, discussing challenges, and learning how other offices are improving the client experience every day.

Some of our favorite memories from this years trip include sightseeing on Isla Mujeres, relaxing by the pool, and getting to know fellow agents from around the country. We especially enjoyed spending time with our new friends from Pennsylvania and realizing that, no matter where we call home, we're all working toward the same goal! To help our clients make confident Medicare decisions - that is what is all about!! It was refreshing to share ideas, experiences, and stories with people who truly understand the work we do every day.

We are thankful for the friendships made, the knowledge shared, and the opportunity to be part of such an incredible organization. Congratulations to the Class of 2026! 🤩 As you head off into the world, we wanted to offer one piece of advice that only a Medicare office could give...

Pay attention to your Social Security earnings record!

That little chunk coming out of your paycheck every week is helping build toward future Medicare eligibility and retirement benefits someday. It may not seem important now, but future-you will be VERY interested in it!

Right now you are thinking about graduation parties, summer plans, college, careers, and figuring out life. But trust us, one day you and your friends really will sit around talking about back pain, prescriptions, and Medicare....and it happens faster than you think.

For now though, enjoy every minute of this season!! Work hard, make memories, take chances, and build a life you are proud of.
And if all goes according to plan, in about 47 years you can call us for help with Medicare…well not our current advisors, they will be retired by then 😂

Happy Mother’s Day to the fabulous moms of our team! Nancy, Kelli, McKenzie, and Shawn… you ladies are wonderful mothers and incredible examples of the care, compassion, patience, and love that make our office feel like family and carry over into the way you serve our clients every single day.
