Otter Claim Solutions had an incredible and meaningful experience at this year’s PLRB Conference. From powerful conversations to authentic connections and opportunities to give back, this event truly reflected what makes our industry so special.
We’re proud of how our team showed up and contributed throughout the conference:
Donald Crouch, CPCU shared a thought‑provoking Lightning Talk on how Otter is redefining service through AI‑accelerated claims infrastructure.
Elizabeth Popkins received a grant from Girls Give Back in support of her work with Fore Women in Insurance, a well‑deserved recognition of her leadership and advocacy.
Courtney Crouch spoke with openness and authenticity about confronting fear, self‑doubt, and the courage it takes to show up anyway during the first Female Forum, hosted by Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. and ALE Solutions, creating a powerful moment of connection and shared empowerment.
Our team proudly participated in the Women In Insurance Walk, standing together in support of community and inclusion.
One of the most meaningful moments of the week was our opportunity to give back. Otter Claim Solutions was honored to sponsor the Roc Solid Foundation Ready Bag packing event, alongside Sdii Global, as part of a give‑back experience at PLRB. Together, we packed 150 Ready Bags for families whose children are newly diagnosed with pediatric cancer, and we were especially grateful to deliver some of those bags directly to Children's National Hospital. Being able to make a tangible difference beyond the conference walls was truly humbling.
PLRB reminded us that our industry thrives not only on expertise and collaboration, but also on compassion. We’re grateful for every conversation, every connection, and every opportunity to serve, and we’re already looking forward to what’s next.
