Cendera West Texas Branch Manager Amber Barrientes understands just how overwhelming applying for a mortgage can be: she began her lending career as a borrower refinancing her home. Appreciative of the care and attention she received during her application Amber spent the following year training as a processor before receiving her loan officer’s license.

A lifelong resident of the Permian Basin, Amber has been proudly serving her community as part of Cendera for 14 years. She credits her success with a simple philosophy: people need an honest and reliable lender who will stick by them throughout the process, good and bad.

Amber is a proud wife to Richard and mother to two girls, Ashtyn and Allierae. While not working she enjoys country music, traveling to the beach, and craftmaking.
