Last week, I had the opportunity to attend our National Agency Convention, where we learned new ways to better serve our customers and support our community, while also challenging ourselves to grow both professionally and personally.

We heard from incredible leaders who inspired us and reminded us of the impact we can make every day through the work we do.

Coming away from the Convention, I’m especially thankful for our customers who continue to trust us, as well as for the opportunity to keep learning, growing, and serving others at a higher level each year. I’m looking forward to continued growth and the chance to keep serving others in meaningful ways.
