On Thursday, we celebrated Jeremy England, who was awarded the 2026 Good Scout Award in recognition of his consistent positive impact on our community. Ocean Springs Mayor Bobby Cox, the 2025 recipient, presented the award. As chairman of the event and an Eagle Scout myself, I am honored to support South Mississippi Scouting, an organization that gave my brother and me lifelong memories. The event raised over $15,000 to help local Scout troops shape tomorrow’s leaders. Special thanks to The Crawfish House for hosting.
