Condo units in Marigot Beach have a reputation for being tough to finance.

Not because of the unit itself, but because of the building.

Things like investor ownership, insurance setup, and HOA details can limit traditional loan options. When financing options are limited, you get fewer buyers and more complicated deals.

If you look at past sales, you’ll notice a lot of cash purchases for this exact reason.

You can qualify for the mortgage. You can love the condo. You can even have your offer accepted. And still run into a financing issue.

Because sometimes the condo isn’t the hard part to finance.

The building is.
