During his tenure with BlueCross BlueShield, Mr. Taylor was one of its leading sales executives before being promoted to lead its largest District office in Miami-Dade County. Taylor left Blue Cross Blue Shield to start an agency which would offer the kinds of services many of his larger clients were asking for; while maintaining independence in the marketplace. His experience at BlueCross BlueShield and tenure in the business of employee benefits is what allows him to be “creative” when building solutions for our clients. While family is most important to him; his passion is providing the best possible solution for all of our clients. William K. Taylor has been involved in the business since 1990. He has learned the business from the ground up; mastering each step along the way. As President; William oversees the entire operation of both our Third Party Administration and fully insured business. William’s advanced knowledge in technology has been an asset to our clients. ⚠️ Heads up, business owners:

If you've been pitched a "wellness plan" that promises both you and your employees big tax savings for doing almost nothing, it's a scam.

The IRS already ruled on it (Chief Counsel Memo 202323006). That "tax-free" monthly payment? It's fully taxable wages. And YOU as the employer, are on the hook for failing to withhold.

These really took off by being promoted by the same crowd that pushed aggressive ERC claims. Some are also part-time insurance agents looking for a way to leverage these plans to sell policies.

When the IRS comes calling, they'll be long gone.
