Please be careful who you share your personal information with. Never give out your Medicare number, Social Security number, or banking information over the phone unless you know and trust who you’re speaking with. Scammers are becoming more aggressive and creative every day.

✔️ Protect your information
✔️ Be cautious of unsolicited calls
✔️ Verify before you share anything

If something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t. Stay informed and stay protected. We’re here to help!

Health insurance scams often spike during open enrollment — and scammers are counting on confusion to catch you off guard.

They may offer “discounted” plans or claim to be from Medicare or another agency, asking for your personal or financial information. Always take a moment to verify before you share anything.

🛑 Don’t give out your Social Security number, Medicare number, or banking information to unsolicited callers.

If something doesn’t feel right, hang up and contact the agency directly using a trusted number.

Remember, please report scams! If you spot a scam, please report it to the Federal Trade Commission by visiting ftc.gov/complaint or calling 1-877-FTC-HELP. By reporting these scams, you help investigators identify criminals and stop them before they can target others.

If you have fallen victim to a scam, please call 352-732-9111 to report it.

A little story from our family to yours…

Andrew and I met and married here in good ol’ Ocala, FL. I was working as a bank teller and he as an automotive technician at the time. In 2014, he did a 360 and dove head first into the world of health insurance.

Once he got on his feet, I quit my job only to soon realize I missed working (what was I thinking 🤔) So he recommended I get my insurance license to sell part time. I said, “No way - I am NOT a sales person.” He said, “It’s not about selling, it’s about educating people.”

He was right. For over ten years now, we’ve worked together but not together. He brings me back from the brink of insanity on the chaotic days and I believe and support him in all of his aspirations (and believe me, they’re a lot).

While the Medicare world is an ever changing one, our commitment to being reliable and trustworthy is unwavering. Thank you to all of our members for allowing us to serve you year after year. We are honored by your trust.
