Can you recommend someone that would be a good Office Assistant?
We are looking to hire someone for our thriving business in Ocala, Florida!
Applicants MUST have the following skills:
1. Telephone etiquette
2. Keyboard skills/experience
3. Experience creating a word document (Excel is a plus too!)
4. Emailing process
5. Excellent grammar usage, communication & writing skills
6. Filing and simple bookkeeping tasks
7. Printing out documents
8. Correlating documents for business packets/files
9. Ability to multi-task
10. Be a self-starter

5. Trustworthy
Our Office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00 PM
