Meet Gary, our Founder & Investment Advisor Representative, RICP, CLTC—and according to Gary, *he’s only 30.*😂 We’ll just go with it!
Gary loves helping families enjoy what they’ve worked so hard for, knowing they have a plan for the *what ifs.”
When he’s not working, you’ll find him enjoying motocross, surfing, baseball, guitar, and family time—preferably with a good cup of coffee and Hazel, his favorite four-legged sidekick. 🐶
He’s always learning and growing so he can better serve the families who trust him.
And his perfect weekend? **Fun on Saturday, chill on Sunday.** Sounds like a plan!

🧁 When she’s not taking care of clients, you’ll probably find Kelli baking cakes or curled up with a good book—because she believes life should always come with something sweet and a good story!
🇮🇪✈️ Her dream trip? Ireland and Scotland are at the top of her list. We’re thinking castles, cozy pubs, beautiful scenery… and maybe a little cake along the way! 😉
🎬📖 Favorite book AND movie? Gone With the Wind. And Kelli loved Scarlett O’Hara so much that she named her second daughter Scarlett!
👻 And when it comes to seasons, Halloween wins hands down! 🎃

Say hello to Lisa, our Director of First Impressions! She’s been making people feel welcome around here for 1 year and 9 months—and she makes it look easy! 😉
🇨🇺🇪🇸 Fun fact: Lisa is Cuban American of Spanish descent and can understand and speak basic Spanish. ¡Muy bien, Lisa! ❤️
🎬 Her favorite movies are Machine Gun Preacher and Freedom Writers—so she clearly appreciates a good story with plenty of heart!
✈️ Favorite travel destination? It’s a tie between Glasgow, Scotland and the breathtaking Irazú Volcano in Costa Rica. Because Lisa likes her vacations with a little adventure! 🌋🏰

Meet Caleb! 👋
Today we’re introducing Caleb, our Director of Insurance Operations, who has been part of the Pinnacle team for an impressive 10 years!
What does he enjoy most about his work? The flexibility and, most importantly, the relationships he’s built with his clients.
When he’s not working, you’ll probably find Caleb fishing, cheering on the Florida Gators, or enjoying a quiet weekend at home. He’s a self-proclaimed homebody who likes to “enjoy the fruits of his mortgage.” 😂
Caleb has been playing the drums since 7th grade, considers himself a coffee guy, prefers cats because they’re low maintenance, and says La Bella’s has some of the best and most unique chicken wings around. 🍗
He loves Christmas, cold weather, and spending the holidays with his kids. And while he’d love to travel more, apparently his family has a standing policy of taking him to Disney. 🏰😂
We’re lucky to have Caleb’s experience, humor, and genuine commitment to his clients on our team. Help us say hello to Caleb! 👋
