Our colleagues around the world recently came together for our Global Wellness Summit — a day focused on supporting the whole self: mind, body, and community.

The day began with a global keynote from Exos High Performance Coach Michelle Rogerson, who shared insights on the “Flow State” — that sweet spot where focus, energy and performance come together. From there, colleagues joined breakout sessions on mental health, mindfulness, nutrition, financial planning, and grief support, with practical takeaways and meaningful conversations throughout the day.

There was also plenty of time to get moving and connect through various activities hosted across our campuses, such as outdoor yoga, pickleball lessons, and a vendor fair featuring local wellness resources.

It was a great example of SEI’s commitment to building a culture that supports well-being, connection, and sustained high performance.

The PGA of America Championship is coming to the Greater Philadelphia region—just minutes from our Oaks campus—and we’re proud to sponsor hometown pro Braden Shattuck as he competes on golf’s biggest stage.

Braden’s steady rise reflects years of disciplined ex*****on, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement—values we strive for every day at SEI.

⚾️ Talk about a major league moment. It was SEI night at last Thursday’s Philadelphia Phillies game.

Mike Peterson, Head of our Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Development teams, took to the mound to throw out the first pitch. Over 37,000 Phillies fans in attendance received a co-branded retro Phillies hat, courtesy of SEI.

A proud moment for Mike—and for all of us at SEI—as we celebrated our partnership with the Phillies.

Thanks to the Phillies for the experience—and for a great night at the ballpark. 🔔

The SEI Green Team hosted its annual Earth Week Fair at our Oaks campus, welcoming 14 local vendors for a day of learning, conversation, and community. 🌎 From discovering new causes to supporting local businesses, colleagues connected with organizations doing meaningful work for the environment. Thank you to everyone who made the day such a great reminder of the impact we can have together.

We’re proud to share that SEIsmic has been named a 2026 Trailblazer by the ERG Impact Awards. Seramount’s judges evaluated groups based on alignment to enterprise strategy, measurable impact, and sustained ex*****on—and SEIsmic delivered on all three!

Innovation has been part of SEI’s DNA since our founding in 1968. SEIsmic’s mission is to help drive the future of innovation at SEI by building pathways for employees to contribute to revenue growth, efficiency, customer experience, and employee engagement through a culture of continuous learning and the application of AI, tokenization, and other emerging technologies.

Through the 'Best Idea Wins' program, SEIsmic generated 215 employee-submitted ideas. Many of these moved into a structured incubation track, where teams—supported by mentors and leaders—validated and refined them into pilots, process improvements, and client‑relevant solutions. Along the way, SEIsmic members have become AI champions across the organization and a catalyst for many enterprise initiatives, including the goal for SEI to become AI-native.
