Great news: conforming loan limits are increasing significantly in 2022. Most Bay Area counties will now have a conforming loan limit of $937,500!

Advantages of a conforming loan include lower interest rates, easier qualification, lower down payment, etc.

High cost counties include San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Orange, and Los Angeles.

The baseline for all US counties is now $625,000.
