As many of you know, I’ve built my business over the last 20+ years on relationships, responsiveness, problem solving, and simply being available when people need me. I started in this industry in as an underwriter before moving into origination, and over the years
I’ve had the privilege of helping clients and agents navigate everything from first-time purchases to highly complex financing scenarios throughout the Bay Area and California.
Along the way, I’ve learned from many talented people in this industry, and I’m grateful for every experience, lesson, and relationship that helped shape my career. But no one person could ever be solely responsible for everything I know about the mortgage business. This industry is built through years of hands-on experience, collaboration, constant learning, difficult transactions, market cycles, and the exchange of knowledge between professionals over time.To everyone who has supported me, referred me, trusted me with your clients, or encouraged me along the way — thank you. I truly appreciate it and never take it for granted.
And to anyone out there who may feel hurt by me, misunderstood my intentions, or feels I may have wronged them in the past, I am genuinely and wholeheartedly sorry. None of us are perfect, and I know that over the course of a long career and life, there are moments we all wish we could handle differently. I’ve always tried to lead with good intentions, work hard, and treat people with respect, even if I haven’t always gotten everything right. I truly wish everyone success, happiness, and peace, and I carry no negativity toward anyone.
I’ll continue doing what I’ve always done: working hard, staying accessible, solving problems, and earning business through results, relationships, and trust.
Love,
Raymond Glover
