With all the recent rain, restaurant owners — quick reminder:

Most commercial policies do NOT automatically include sewer & drain backup coverage.

After heavy rain, one backup can mean:
• Contaminated floors
• Lost inventory
• Cleanup costs
• Temporary closure

The worst time to learn about a coverage gap is during a claim.
